Afghanistan: Billions spent on training police, wasted because of corruption, illiteracy

Afghan police are failing to tackle the flourishing drug trade and insurgent violence, despite billions being spent by international forces to bolster security. As RT's Paula Slier reports, foreign training programs are getting poor results because of corruption, illiteracy and a lack of infrastructure.
