Nuclear Issues: France offers to help Saudi Arabia develop civilian nuclear energy
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has offered help to Saudi Arabia to develop civilian nuclear energy. A civil nuclear cooperation agreement which could lead to the sale of French atomic energy technology to Saudi Arabia.
