Russia: Rebranding Russia's police force

Dmitry Medvedev, Russia's president, vowed to stamp out corruption in the country when he took power last year.

Critics have said the president hasn't done enough, but for the Russian police change is coming.

New rules are being implemented designed to overturn their image of being unhelpful and unprofessional.
