The Estonian Economics Ministry, has announced that Russia and Estonia have signed a preliminary protocol on cooperation in building a new border bridge across the Narva River. The project will receive joint funding from the two countries and the EU.The new bridge, linking Ivangorod in Russia with Narva in Estonia,, will add speed and efficiency to passenger and goods transit between Russia and the EU, an Estonian ministry official said.
