Countries along the Mekong River will hold talks this month to combat drug trafficking in the so-called Golden Triangle.
The area, where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos merge on the river, is a massive transit point for smuggling drugs.
For decades it has been known as one of the world's biggest opium producing regions, but other drugs are making an impact too.
