North Korea: Pyongyang's Provocations Failed

U.S. President Barack Obama and South Korean President Park Geun-hye, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the US-South Korean alliance, called on North Korea to stop making threats and to rid the Korean Peninsula of nuclear weapons.
