The US military justice system is broken and rife with instances of impunity for sexual crimes. That is what survivors of sexual assault in the military have told a panel of U.S. senators. They are looking into the issue after a U.S. Air Force Colonol reversed the conviction of one of his Lieutenants. Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports from Washington.
