We have filed today in New York Supreme Court an application for bail on behalf of Mr. Dominique Strauss-Kahn. We expect the application will be heard tomorrow, May 19, 2011.
We have proposed conditions that should satisfy any concerns about Mr. Strauss-Kahn's leaving the city. And, we hope to have him released from Rikers Island promptly.
