South Sudan: EU pledges 200 million Euros to S Sudan for development

The European Union (EU) Commissioner for Development, Andris Piebalgs, said that the EU will provide 200 million Euros to south Sudan as a part of its developmental cooperation with the region.

Speaking to the press after meeting with Government of Southern Sudan's President, Salva Kiir Mayardit, on Friday, Piebalgs said that the EU will be engaged in building peaceful relations between the north and south Sudan.
