Iran: Defense Minister - U.S. wise enough not to take military action against Iran

IRNA – Minister of Defense Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said Wednesday he believed US is wise enough not to make any military movement against Iran.

Speaking to reporters in this southern provincial port city, the minister said the US is prudent enough not to threaten the Iranian nation or think of making a mistake by taking a military action against the country.

The minister spoke to reporters on the sidelines of the Iranian Army’s five-stage military war games code-named as ‘Velayat 89,’ which were underway in the country’s southern territorial waters.
