Ukraine: Black Sea Fleet protestors, police clash in Kiev

FOCUS Information Agency - Protesters and police have clashed between the buildings of the Council of Ministers of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada /Ukrainian parliament/, Ukrainian news agency UNIAN reports.

The police presence in the area is growing constantly, as they are trying to stop the crowd of protesters.

UNIAN reported earlier that around 7,000 Ukrainians have gathered before the building of the parliament with regards to the ratification of the lease agreement with Russia regarding the Black Sea Fleet. The parliament ratified an extension to the lease agreement.
