Bilateral Cooperation: Iran and Lebanon to cooperate on labor and social affairs

IRNA reports the Head of Iranian Parliamentary Commission on Labor and Social Affairs said on Sunday that Iran is willing to share its experience on labor and social affairs with the Lebanese government.

Soleiman Jafarzadeh told IRNA that Lebanon is willing to gain Iran’s experiences of how to serve the war veterans and the families of the war martyrs.

Jafarzadeh, heading a 18-memebr parliamentary delegation, arrived in Beirut on Saturday at the invitation of Lebanon’s General Workers Union.

The Iranian delegation held talks with Lebanon’s Minister of Social Affairs Mario Awn on ways to back workers and their insurance as well as poverty eradication, IRNA reported.
