Pakistan's minister for water and power, Raja Pervez Ashraf termed the donation as "a goodwill gesture on the part of UAE for the people of Pakistan". The announcement has been made after Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, the President of UAE, promised the same during his visit to Pakistan recently.
Ashraf said that the people of Pakistan will always remember this precious gift.
