DRC: Fghters dressed in Rwandan uniforms crossed border into Congo - took part in attacks

Bloomberg reports fighters dressed in Rwandan uniforms crossed the border into neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo and backed a rebel attack in North Kivu province last month, said four witnesses.

Rwanda has denied the Congolese government's allegation that it is backing fighters loyal to rebel leader Laurent Nkunda. Rwanda's intervention in previous rebellions in Congo contributed to two civil wars in which at least 4 million people died, mainly from disease and starvation.
