Summits: Presidential yacht arrives in Sudan

Good news for the people of Sudan. I just know that the people who have suffered so much hardship, famine, poverty and genocide will de delighted to know that the new presidential yacht has arrived from Czechoslovakia.

The yacht is to be used for delegates to the AU summit in Khartoum next January, where no doubt the issue of poverty will be high on the agenda and some very fine speeches made.

The yacht is called Al-Qasr which means "palace". I guess a yacht name "Refugee Tent" would be bad PR.
