Aviation: Russian company looking for Malaysian partners to develop wing-in-ground effect (WIG) craft

Russian transport company Arctic Trade and Transport Co (ATTK), is looking for Malaysian companies to jointly develop the companies Aquaglide-5 wing-in-ground effect (WIG) craft (a weird looking craft that looks like a boat, a hovercraft and a plane).

ATTK has appointed Malaysian company Todak Arazy Sdn Bhd to promote the vehicle in Malaysia. Speaking at the Russia-Asean Business Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Arazy founder and chairman Rashidi Aziz said: "It will take six to nine months for us to find a suitable partner for the project".
