International Development: World Bank approves $100 million loan to reduce poverty in Vietnam

The World Bank has approved a $100 million no-interest loan to Vietnam, to support the country's efforts to reduce poverty.

The Fourth Poverty Reduction Support Credit (PRSC 4) will support the country’s broad-based reform program, including completing Vietnam's transition to a market economy, ensuring social inclusion and strengthening governance.
