Advertising: Ad guru says France is seen as a nation of losers

Maurice Levy, the head of Publicis, one of the world’s biggest advertising agencies has described France as being in steep decline and the French as “narrowed and stunted”.

He also claimed that France had lost out on their bid for the 2012 Olympics because the world now saw France as a nation of perdants — “losers”.
