Organized Crime: Japanese gang leader steps down

O.K. so this isn't exactly related to business but as I always make my own rules, I am allowed to break them occasionally! In any case, there is not too much difference between the head of this organization and the heads of some corporate organizations!

The head of Japan's largest underworld gang, the Yamaguchi-gumi, has stepped after 16 years as its leader.
