India: India's riot victims fight fear to vote

Security has been stepped up in the Indian city of Muzaffarnagar where tensions are still high between Muslims and Hindus. Last year dozens died in communal violence and thousands of mainly Muslims were made homeless. Despite the fears of further violence, many of the city's displaced have returned to cast their vote. Al Jazeera's Nidhi Dutt reports from Muzaffarnagar.
