US: town divided over oil pipeline

As the White House wrestles with a decision on the Keystone XL Pipeline, which would bring Canadian tar sands oil into the central United States, a fight is playing out some 2000 miles away. The residents of South Portland, Maine will vote Tuesday on whether to allow an oil pipeline through their community. Many see economic benefits, but others fear environmental costs. Al Jazeera's Casey Kauffman reports from South Portland.
