Canada: Inuit struggling with food costs in Canada

James Anaya, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Indigenous Peoples' rights, is making a long awaited visit to Canada this week to look into challenges facing that country's First Nations and the Inuit people of the Arctic. Last year, another UN envoy investigating food issues, was critical of the state of nutrition and food security in the Far North. In some parts of that region, Inuits have been protesting against the high cost of food. Al Jazeera's Daniel Lak reports from Iqaluit in Canada's Eastern Arctic.
