Beirut, April 30, IRNA – A member of "Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP" in Lebanon said here Tuesday that resumption of Tehran-Cairo relations will be a starting point for solving the regional problems.
Kamel al-Rifai made the remarks while talking to IRNA.
He expressed satisfaction over close relations between the regional Arab states, including Egypt, and Iran.
Referring to the recent visit of the high-ranking Egyptian delegation to Iran, the Hezbollah official said there are proper opportunities for promotion of Tehran-Cairo ties that will lead to non-interference of foreigners in the regional affairs.
He added Iran-Egypt relations will also help preserve Islamic unity.
He further stressed the need to fight US-Zionist plots against the regional countries.
