Pakistan: Former President Musharraf begins 12 city tour of U.S. and Canada

Pervez Musharraf, Former President of Pakistan and Chief of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), arrives today in Washington, D.C. to begin his 12 city tour of United States and Canada.

The former President Musharraf will be a featured speaker at 2011 Washington Ideas Forum where he will share the stage with Vice President of United States, Joe Biden, Speaker of the House, John Boehner, Senator Marco Rubio, Senior White House Advisor, Valerie Jared, Congressman Paul Ryan, former Vice President, Dick Cheney, and former Secretary of State, Dr. Henry Kissinger.

Former President Musharraf will meet several senior members of Congress and Senate. He will speak at the Bill Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Washington, D.C., Washington College, Chestertown, Maryland, Drew University, Madison, New Jersey and Council on Foreign Relations, New York, NY.

In every city President Musharraf will attend receptions hosted by the Pakistani Diaspora and office bearers of All Pakistan Muslim League.
