Tehran, May 3, IRNA – Ministers of foreign affairs of Iran and Egypt discussed latest developments in bilateral ties in a phone talk Monday.
According to IRNA Monday night news team, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Information and News Office reported Monday night that the Egyptian foreign minister considered as interesting the Islamic Republic of Iran’s enthusiastic stands on the initial agreements achieved in Palestinian Hamas and Fatah groups’ talks in Cairo.
The IRI Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi, too, in the phone talk further elaborated on Tehran’s stands regarding Palestine and the Palestinian groups’ reconciliation process in the phone talk.
The two countries’ foreign ministers are also scheduled to meet and talk face to face on the sidelines of the upcoming Ministerial Conference of the Non Aligned Movement in Indonesia.
