Bilateral Relations: During historic visit to Athens, Turkey's PM offers to help Greece

Once bitter enemies, Turkey has offered to help debt ridden Greece. During a historic visit by the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the two sides signed 21 cooperation accords.
