Haiti: Ya gotta laugh - Venezuela's Chavez claims U.S. used shockwave to create earthquake (video report)

Based on a report from Russia's Northern Fleet, President Hugo Chavez is pointing a finger at the US for the earthquake in Haiti. He allegedly said that the US was testing an experimental shockwave system that generated weather disasters like floods and hurricanes.
