Bilateral Relations: India illegally occupying thousands of hectares of Nepali lands

TelegraphNepal reports The International Relations and Human Rights Committee of the Constituent Assembly has concluded that India has occupied Nepali lands at several locations and that the Indian security forces have been harassing Nepali citizens along the border.

The team leader Mr. Padma Lal Biswakarma told reporters that India has illegally occupied thousands of hectares of Nepali lands from Susta to Tanakpur.

“The presence of State is non-existent along those areas, the Indian security forces are not allowing the Nepali citizens to till their own registered lands”, Biswakarma revealed.
