Bilateral Relations: Greece and Macedonia holding secret negotiations, claims local media

FOCUS Information Agency - “Greece and Macedonia are holding secret negotiations. Nikola Gruevski and Georgios Papandreou are working in two directions.

In the first one they talk courteously and publicly, only with smiles and reserved geniality. In the second one there is secret diplomacy, as Dora Bakoyannis called it, or silent diplomacy, as Olli Rehn called it.

The public meetings make it evident that the talks are faltering and they need time, while in the secret diplomacy it seems the talks have advanced,” writes Macedonian journalist Erol Rizaov in Utrinski Vesnik daily.
