War Crimes: Depleted uranium used in U.S. weapons have caused birth defects - should their use constitute war crimes?

Reports are now beginning to show that depleted uranium used in U.S. weapons during both the 1991 Gulf War and the current war in Iraq have caused birth defects and an increase in cancer in Iraqi cities. Cedric Moon talks with Raed Jarrar about these weapons and whether their use should constitute war crimes.
