Philippines: Philippines army accused of torturing activists

The Philippines military is being accused of human-rights abuses in its campaign against Communist rebels.

The army is said to be behind dozens of abductions and unlawful killings.

While the army admits to having what it calls a chequered past, it insists it is changing its ways.
