Iran: Iran and Bahrain close on regional issues

IRNA reports Iran’s ambassador to Bahrain in an interview with “Al-Watan“ newspaper said Iran and Bahrain have stands close to one another over developments in the region.

In an interview published in Monday edditon of the daily, Hussein Amir-Abdullahian underlining that Iran’s foreign policy guidleine is creation of tranquility, stability, security and peace in the region, adding that Iran feels proud for its support for the Palestinian and Lebanese nations.

Declaring Iran's opposition against any kind of terrorist activity, including those taking place in Bahrain or anywhre else in the region, he added, "Iran’s foreign policy is to establish peace, tranquility and stability throughout the entire region.'
