International Relations: US, Cuba - Brazil offers to mediate
The Brazilian Minister of Strategic Affairs, Mangabeira Unger, has told O Estado de Sao Paulo, that Brazil has offered to mediate between Obama and Venezuela, Cuba and Bolivia.
