Defense: Chavez announces delivery of Russian planes
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has used his regular Sunday TV and radio talk show ''Hello President" to announce that Venezuela had received 24 Sukhoi-30 aircraft bought from Russia. He also reported: "we received the Sukhoi aircraft" as well as pilots, crew and missiles, and the aircraft will begin military practice with missiles soon".
