Burma: Constitutional referendum to be delayed
Burma's state radio has reported the government has delayed a constitutional referendum in areas most devastated by cyclone Nargis.
According to the report, Saturday's vote on a draft constitution would not be held until May 24 in 40 townships around Yangon and seven in the low-lying Irrawaddy delta.
