Goodnight from Sydney: Oct 1/2

First of all I would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and thoughts today - I can assure you they were all very much appreciated.

The day is now over and time to move on to other things, so tomorrow things will be back to normal - well, as normal as they have been for the last five months!

For those of you with teenage daughters you may like this snippet from the Sydney Morning Herald -

"I thought I had heard it all about today's teenage generation," writes a flabbergasted Justine Brindle, of Drummoyne. "A friend, the mother of a 15-year-old, told me how she was sound asleep the other evening when her mobile rang. Thinking the worst, as it was 1am, she quickly answered. It was her daughter ringing to say, 'Mum, I can't sleep'. And, no, said daughter wasn't overseas, or even at a friend's house. She was upstairs."

About the photo - I took this photo at Taronga Zoo back in May. I thought I had better explain in case any of you thought it was a Sky Channel board meeting.

Till tomorrow...

...wherever you may be - be safe
