Real Estate: Qatari real estate company sets sights on Britain's Chelsea Barracks

Qatari Diar Real Estate & Investment is holding discussions with Britain's Ministry of Defence to buy the famous Chelsea Barracks. The London property is said to be worth around $484.4m, according to a report in the Evening Standard newspaper.

Four years ago Chelsea Barracks was the top of potential relocation sites for the US embassy.
