Bilateral Relations: Belarus President to Hugo Chavez - let's form a football team.

The man the United States loves to hate - well, one of the many actually - Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez, has called for a "fighting team" with his Belarus counterpart Alexander Lukashenko during his visit to Belarus.

"I have found another friend here and we should form a team. It will be a fighting team," Chavez said at a meeting with Lukashenko in the Belarussian capital. Lukashenko responded by jokingly saying: "We can form a team for football, hockey or basketball."

It just goes to show that the level of conversation between the rich and powerful, is so much above that of a mere mortal such as I.
