Retail: Shopping centre's guards force disabled men to crawl to their cars

A security guard at a Westfield shopping centre in Melbourne, forced two disabled males out of their wheelchairs and forced them to crawl to their cars.

The incident happened after the guard refused to let them take their borrowed wheelchairs past the shopping centre entrance, and insisted they travelled the five metres to their vehicles unaided.

The company's director of corporate affairs said the company deeply regretted the incident and it should never have happened. He added, "I think undoubtedly (the family) deserve an apology."

You only "think"!
