Human Resources: Plumber - a fine occupation if you are in Sydney

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that an applicant for a job as a plumber, has been asked to sign a rather unusual agreement. Conditions include:

* A $40 for forgetting to charge his cell phone
* $60 fine for turning up 5 minutes late
* $10 fine for not stapling blue invoices to yellow copies

The owner of the company claims no one has to sign it and that fines are taken from bonuses.
