Defense: India looks to Russia for $10 billion arm deal

Interfax news agency has reported that Russia and India are discussing a $10 billion arms deal that would include weapons for the Indian navy, air force, ground troops, as well as a joint production of military and dual-use equipment.

India is Russia's second biggest purchaser of military equipment, topped only by China. Last year India's Russian buying spree hit a record $5.12 billion.
