International Development: Mugabe claims food aid spreads disease

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe who is so murderous and corrupt, that he is a prime candidate for the Nobel Peace Price, has said food aid "dumped" by developed nations had undermined food safety on the African continent.

Mugabe's government has refused to appeal for international food aid this year, despite warnings from aid agencies that more than a quarter of the country's 11.6 million people could face hunger by next March.
