Aviation: Airlines look to Indian flight attendants

Many US based airlines seeking to cut costs in a highly competitive industry, are considering hiring in-flight crew from India.

Indian tourists are known to be big spenders and prefer to be served by Indian flight attendants who have a reputation for providing hospitality and customer service.

It is reported that Delta Airlines will be the first to have an all Indian crew for its India route.
