Entertainment: Over a third of DVDs rented in Japan in 2004 contained Japanese movies

38.2% of DVDs rented in Japan in 2004 contained Japanese movies by ZDNet's ZDNet Research -- ScreenDigest says that by 2004 38.2% of Japan's DVD rental market consisted of movies made in Japan. Back in 2000 only 11.7% of rented DVDs were Japanese.
