It looks just like - white margarine!

Quebec requires all margarine sold in the province to be coloured white.

Most provinces allow coloured margarine, but Quebec - the province with the biggest dairy industry - has long banned the yellow variety.

I don't know how others feel, but I like my margarine to look like margarine - not animal fat! As you can imagine, the canola industry is not too impressed either
